As the "Ultimate Foodie Destination," Le Gourmet Factory is a culinary business incubator & accelerator, and an amateur cooking school. On the professional side, LGF strives to eliminate the initial entry barriers to the packaged food business. Clients begin by renting any of Le Gourmet Factory's commercial kitchens to meet the requirements of their growing business on an ongoing or as needed basis. In addition, LGF offers financing options, all aspects of business consulting, and culinary consulting from renowned chefs, business entrepreneurs, and dozens of other related professionals. Participating companies operating out of LGF's facility sell products at local food markets, online, and through national retailers such as Whole Foods, and Dean & Deluca. Companies are ranked by LGF based on a variety of factors including strength of business concept, growth potential & scalability, financial stability, and overall fit within the facility. LGF has established relationships with retailers and specialty food companies to help market its clients with the strongest potential for future growth.In addition to food companies and students, TV networks such as The Food Network and Spike TV have used the spaces for commercials, photo shoots, and cooking competitions. For the amateur chef, LGF Cooking School is the first facility of its kind. Offering gourmet cooking classes, custom cooking parties, and corporate events for all skill and age levels, Le Gourmet Factory Cooking School allows guests to immerse themselves in the art of cooking in its state of the art studio. Corporate sponsors include Wolf, Sub Zero, IKEA, and Bloomingdales. All classes and events are staffed by chefs with proven expertise in their field. Other plans include a professional cooking school that will guarantee employment to all chefs upon graduation.

- Business Analyst, Thomson Financial Strategy Group • Analyzed and sized current and adjacent markets, performed in-depth competitive analysis, and formulated financial forecasts and comparables for highly sensitive corporate initiatives• Served as analyst for senior management and M&A attorneys on Thomson Reuters antitrust case. Was chosen as the sole “insider” analyst on the Thomson side of the merger to work closely with senior management and attorneys in drafting antitrust defense. Merger was subsequently approved by the US Department of Justice.
