Nicholas Prastos is the founder and consultant of LGF Consulting and the former CEO of Le Gourmet Factory, a culinary innovation business that he created in 2010. With a background in finance, strategy, and market analysis from his time in Wall Street and Southeast Asia, Nick combined his love for food and business to develop LGF. Since its inception, Le Gourmet Factory has helped incubate over 400 food businesses and entrepreneurs, with their products available in national retailers and featured on television shows. As a progressive thinker in food innovation, Nick was inducted into The Escoffier Society of New York, and his experience goes beyond entrepreneurship as he also studied food and music in university. LGF also had a cooking school called LGF Cooking School, which provided various classes, events, and a pop-up restaurant before closing in 2019.
