Umair Qureshi is an accomplished educationist, teacher trainer, and advocate for educational reforms. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Pakistan ASCD, promoting quality professional development to teachers and global connectivity of educators. As an edupreneur, he has started "The Thinking Schools," which are working to be the first ASCD Whole Child Schooling Network in Pakistan, improving cognitive development and critical thinking in students from Grade 1.

Umair holds various certifications from renowned institutes such as the University of Massachusetts, OxBridge, Harvard, Cambridge and Oxford University in Educational planning and Management, Advanced Educational Leadership, and Instructional Leadership. He is certified in IBDP and has taught and trained approximately 6000 teachers across Pakistan on instructional leadership, 21st-century learning, understanding by design, national curriculum and SLO-based teaching, curriculum development, leadership roles, instructional practices, lesson planning, and student-centered classrooms.

Umair is also the CEO of 'The Reformer,' Pakistan's first-ever international educational magazine. He has taught physics in leading schools such as Beaconhouse School System, The City School, Lahore Grammar School, and produced several distinctions of his students in CAIE A-Level Physics.
