I worked directly with the VP on Trend, Concept, and New Business initiatives.  I activated the seeds of creative ideas and made them a reality while ensuring budgets and deadlines were met.  Generated the translation and implementation of seasonal creative from concept to roll out.  Managed budgets, timelines, and calendars by guiding creative talent to reach goals and deadlines while maintaining quality of the project.  Art directed product photo shoots.  Deliverables include seasonal concept presentations, creative presentation documents, seasonal display prototypes, collateral, and branded events.

Oversaw the project management and sourcing for seasonal displays, presentation documents, brand collateral, and events. Developed seasonal propping including prototyping and sourcing.  Managed budgets, sourced and art directed creative talent, and managed competitive bids from vendors.  Responsible for creating and maintaining archive for all seasonal and brand documents and collateral.
