- Focused on permanent placement services within the technology sector ranging from individual contributors to management.• Managed accounts for existing clients as well as new clients brought on through business development.• Constantly absorbing new information on market trends while gaining an in-depth understanding into a variety of core technologies like: Java, Scala, Javascript, Python, C++, etc.• Networked with industry leaders, companies, and candidates by attending meetups, hackerx’s, or other technology related gatherings.• Mentored and helped train junior staff on specific recruitment best practices, technology, and clientele.• Voted Rookie of The Year (London & the U.S.) for 2016.

- Chief spokesperson of the Undergraduate Student Government in communication with the administration, the student body, and the community.• Created and managed the process of establishing a student government at all 7 of Kent’s regional campuses to create one unified student government. While doing this I led 24 people and managed an expense budget over $800,000.• Constantly interacting and working with higher level administration and management at Kent StateKent State Committees: Effectiveness & Efficiency Task-force, Student Affairs Advisory Committee, Faculty Senate, VP of Student Affairs Search Committee, Student Trustee Search Committee.
