Clive Baker is a highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer who has been working in the industry for over three decades. He graduated from Kingston University in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1986. He has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career, including as a road designer and construction engineer.

Baker specialized in MX design and also spent time working as an international consultant. He has worked for a number of respected engineering firms, including G. Maunsell & Partners (now AECOM), Owen Williams, SKM, Jacobs, and WSP, where he was the National Executive for Roads, Aviation & Civil business throughout Australia and Manila.

Baker has extensive experience working in the transport industry and has spent much of his career overseeing large infrastructure projects. He is currently the General Manager for Transport, Property, and Places at Calibre, and has previously served as the Vic Civil Branch Chairman at Engineers Australia, as well as holding numerous other leadership positions at a variety of organizations.
