Ric Pilgrim is an accomplished educational leader and musician whose expertise spans multiple levels of administration and instruction. Pilgrim earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Wittenberg University, followed by a Masters of Music Education from Central Washington University. He went on to study administrative credentials at Central Washington University, setting him on his path in education leadership.

Pilgrim has served as the Assistant Superintendent at ESD 105, where his expertise in curriculum development and staff training has been instrumental in improving academic outcomes. Prior to this, Pilgrim worked as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Principal, and Assistant Principal at Wapato School District in Washington state. A former music educator, Pilgrim has first-hand knowledge of the importance of quality instruction and a well-rounded education.

Pilgrim’s career in education began with teaching music at Peace Corps and later at Granger School District before eventually moving into administration.
