Meet Carol Brady, an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in curriculum and teaching. She holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelors of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin. Carol's passion for education has driven her to work in various organizations such as Urban Teachers, where she has served as an Instructional Coach, and Johns Hopkins University School of Education, where she was an Adjunct Professor.

Carol has also worked with the Flamboyan Foundation as Director, School Partnerships Coach, helping teachers and administrators to improve equity for students through effective coaching. In addition, she has been a Curriculum and Instruction Lead at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), where she led the TLI Teacher Leadership - Early Childhood program at Garrision Elementary. Carol has also served as a Leading Educators Fellow, and an Early Childhood Educator at both DCPS and DC Prep.

Throughout her career, Carol has shown great leadership both in developing curriculum and building relationships with students, teachers, and parents alike. Her expertise in family engagement strategy has helped her to create meaningful connections between schools and families, ultimately improving student outcomes.
