Minh Le
Minh Le, a Canadian game designer, programmer, and 3D artist, has contributed significantly to the gaming industry with his innovative creations. In 1999 he invented the popular game, Counter-Strike. He designed and programmed the entire game, creating art assets for weapons and characters, adding sound effects and animations, and participated in all areas of production. Minh has worked for several companies in the past 20 years, including Facepunch Studios, Valve, Pearl Abyss, and FixKorea Games. He was involved in projects such as Rust, Tactical Intervention, Day of Defeat, Black Desert, and various mobile games. Minh's extensive skill set includes 3D modeling + animation, programming, 2D graphics, sound design, and level design.
Minh Le earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing Sciences from Simon Fraser University. He's currently working as a game designer at Pearl Abyss. Before that, he was 3D artist/animator at FacePunch Studios, CTO at FIX Korea Co., Ltd, animator at Valve Software, and 3D graphic artist at Barking Dog Studios.
