Virginia has a prolific history in management, production, and operations, having worked for organizations such as The Venturous, Spinifex Group, AKQA, JUXT, Brosnan Construction, and Devonport Chocolates. Additionally, she served as a freelance writer for Architecture NZ Magazine and a tutor/technician at the University of Auckland Media Centre.
