Anne Russell is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in documentary and reality television, and a focus on film and creative writing education. She has worked in various roles across networks such as MTV, ABC, TLC, and Discovery, producing and supervising shows like Dancing with the Stars, The Bachelor, and The Bachelorette. She is currently the Program Director of the Film Production MFA degree program at Full Sail University, where she manages curriculum content, production facilities, and faculty. She is also tasked with overseeing student experiences and the departmental budget.
Anne holds an MFA in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California, and a BA in German from Oregon State University. Her expertise and experience have made her instrumental in many campus-wide initiatives involving industry partners, such as Universal, WIFF, Film Florida, and the Florida Film Festival.
