Bio
I am the Founder & CEO of Leopard.FYI. We help women in tech (starting with engineers) make informed decisions about tech companies by helping them get transparent info on compensation, gender ratios, other women's experiences and more.
After years in the technical hiring market space, Jordan and I decided to focus on a way we could really use our knowledge meaningfully: to help women get roles where they'll be valued, supported, promoted and compensated what they're worth :)

Previously I ran Operations for AngelList's Talent Platform, scaling it from zero in revenue to $20m yearly. I was on the leadership team as we built out the entire go to market, scaling up to 50 employees (20 across revenue functions). At peak I personally managed a team of 7, built worked as a direct partner to our head of sales as she built a team of 14.
Before that I was in a GM role building out new markets (a few with million dollar run rates). I built out NYC (2nd largest market) and then 3 others before joining AngelList to build all revenue functions.

Head Of Operations
AngelList
Feb 2016 - Oct 2019
First Business hire on the AngelList Talent team, and started from zero $ in revenue to that $20m. I worked with the initial teams of engineers to find paid products we could build, and helped build out all initial infrastructure for supporting customer interactions.
I then managed 4 business teams: Expansion, Operations, Support, and Recruiting. Before hiring a head of sales, I also built out the foundation for sales and account management.
At AngelList, we fundamentally believe in startups. We’re building the definitive platform for startups — where they raise money (http://angel.co/), build teams (https://angel.co/build-your-team & http://alist.co/ ), and launch their products (http://producthunt.com/).
On AngelList Talent, you can reach millions of high quality tech candidates who are interested in working at startups. AngelList has facilitated 3.5M matches between interested candidates and companies since 2012; we know both what attracts candidates and how to simplify recruiting needs for tech companies at every stage.
After facilitating millions of matches between candidates and companies, we created A-List to help companies cut through the noise and reach top candidates. Top candidates (in the Tech and Sales categories) aren't applying to jobs – they are working directly with us to find the best startups.
