Created and marketed a ten-week startup incubator to teach Stanford students how to develop a business plan and pitch to investors. Designed the curriculum, selected student teams to participate, and scheduled workshops with venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Serve in COO/CIO role for the Associated Students of Stanford University (Stanford's student government), and Stanford Student Enterprises (SSE), the financial branch of the student government. - Worked directly with the CEO to manage the ASSU’s $18 million endowment and supervise funding for Stanford’s 800+ groups. Member of the Audit and Finance Committee of the ASSU’s Board of Directors. Managed a small team of interns who work on investment and funding related projects. - Created the Cardinal Fund, a class within the Graduate School of Business where undergraduates manage $1 million of the ASSU’s endowment. Served as the liaison between the class and the ASSU’s Board and directed the application process. - Restructured the ASSU’s investment process, which included doing diligence on more than a dozen external wealth managers and creating a new investment management structure that was approved by the ASSU’s Board of Directors. - Worked with the legislative bodies and representatives from the Stanford Management Company and the University Budget Office on projects related to the ASSU’s finances, including assessing the endowment payout, responding to student divestment campaigns, and developing an investment policy statement.

Led a self-proposed project to reform the structure and function of the funding system for Stanford's 800+ student groups. This project turned into a bill that was passed by the legislative bodies in spring 2014 and in a special election by Stanford's student body in fall 2014. Interviewed student government representatives at Stanford and peer schools, reviewed ASSU funding policies, audited student groups, and analyzed Stanford Student Enterprises’ accounts and business ventures. Also created a new investment management plan for the ASSU’s endowment.
