I'm the founder of a media & events organization to inspire and support the building of the future. Previously, I ran a growth consulting agency to help brands creatively grow, set up customer success infrastructure, and create experiences to delight their customers. While some of this involved top of funnel marketing, my core focus was on driving activation through onboarding, retention through education, and referrals through delightful interactions. When I'm not building the future I want to see, I'm investing in developing new skills to grow as a leader, getting out into nature, and reading.

- Executed on marketing strategies (guerrilla and traditional) to successfully promote meetings and events. - Revived Startup Weekend at Cal Poly and organized Startup Weekend SLO 2014, 2015, & 2016. - Worked with the faculty-run Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to plan the first annual Startup Career Fair at Cal Poly. Our team brought in 33 companies and over 600 students for the one-day event. - Worked with a team of 4 to plan a student project showcase that featured over 30 student projects and over 500 attendees.
